Villa Paradise & Villa Marbella Rental Costs:

May 01-Oct 31 inclusive - $700 per week ($100 per night) 1 - 6 guests (not negotiable).

Nov 01-Apr 30 inclusive - $875 per week ($125 per night) 1 - 6 guests (not negotiable).

Please add 11% Florida Tax.

Monthly rates are calculated by using the appropriate weekly & nightly rates combined.

1 Week Minimum Stay. Strictly no pets (no exceptions).  Maximum 6 guests (no exceptions).

Children of all ages are permitted at Villa Paradise.

Only older well behaved children (typically 10 years or older) permitted at Villa Marbella.

50% Surcharge for any stay containing a major US holidays including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday & Thanksgiving.

10% Discount for stays of four weeks or more. 5% Discount for all previous guests.

Cleaning Fee is $150. Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is $750.

Payment: 50% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival with the security/damage deposit.

USA guests can make payment by check. UK guests can make payment directly to our UK bank. International guests can make payment to our USA bank by wire transfer
