Lush, Tropical Landscaping
The rear of the property, including the lanai and pool area, face south so you can be assured of receiving maximum sunshine. In fact, Cape Coral typically receives 335 days of bright sunshine every year and therefore makes it the perfect location to rent a vacation home. Care and attention has been applied to all the rooms in this home to ensure the utmost of pleasure and convenience during your stay. The property is landscaped with palms and trees, it is air conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans, and there is multi-channel cable TV.

		Solar Heated Swimming Pool
	The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets, a separate toilet, bathroom with his-and-hers wash basins and a large glass block shower. This room has French doors leading to the lanai and pool area and is equipped with a king-size bed, cordless telephone, TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a TV, DVD player, large closet, and queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 (ideally suited for any younger guests) is also equipped with a TV and DVD player and has twin beds and a large closet. Between bedrooms 2 & 3 is a connecting hallway and a bathroom with dual wash basins, separate toilet, bath, and shower.

Master Bedroom
The front door and entrance lead through to an open-plan area, to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for your needs, including a built-in ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster, etc. There is a breakfast bar area with stools, a nearby nook with table, chairs and a unique double mitered glass window with views across the pool area and beyond. The large, open plan kitchen is complete for all your needs and there are plenty of cupboards for your groceries, large refridgerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, ceramic hob (stove) and dishwasher etc. There is also a toaster, blender, mixer and electric kettle (perfect for British guests requiring that early morning cup of tea!). Beside the kitchen is a large walk-in pantry.

Beyond the kitchen and at the rear of the property is the family room which is equipped with a large screen TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo, and game console. A cordless telephone and fax machine are nearby. Sliding patio doors lead to the lanai and pool area. Centrally, within this home, is the dining room which has French doors leading to the lanai and pool area. This formal dining room has a table to seat six. At the front of the home is the den which is equipped with a large screen TV and DVD player.

Family Room
Also in the Den, there is a desk with a fast, Compaq personal computer, full, unlimited, broadband internet access at no extra cost and a fax/copier/printer/scanner. If you need to bring your own notebook PC, wireless, high-speed, broadband internet is available throughout this home. The powerful PC is fitted with a DVD and CD rewriter and multiple card slots so you can burn your vacation photos straight onto disk or email them to friends and family. While on vacation, we have made catching up on your email easier, and you can surf the web to create route maps for days out or search for nearby restaurants.

		Den with Computer & Internet
	This property has a utility room with washer and dryer to handle your laundry. There is a two-car garage, large, screened lanai area with an attractive heated swimming pool. Although south facing, shade can be sought under the covered lanai area. The pool may be solar heated at any time of the year, to meet your requirements at no extra cost. It has a gental slope and a nice shallow area by the steps, perfect for younger guests or non-swimmers. The lanai area is equipped with a selection of outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue grill.

Pool, Deck & Lanai (Patio) Area
This home is situated on a wide salt water canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dock (great for fishing from) and an electric boat lift. We also include fishing rods, tackle, golf clubs and mountain bikes for added enjoyment. A cot and high chair are available for use as babies and infants are welcome! For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs, cooler, towels and mats are all included. Yes, even buckets and spades for the kids!
